Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 6, 2024 found that Hospice Compassus - Philadelphia had corrected the deficiencies cited under t the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a State Re-Licensure survey completed on June 13, 2024.
