Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice state re-licensure survey conducted June 7, 2021, through June 10, 2021, Hospice Compassus - Philadelphia was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
